Took Enema After Gall Bladder Surgery. Having Diarrhoea With Pieces Of Stools. Feels Like Having Hemorrhoids. What To Do?

Ok I have an odd question. I had gall bladder surgery a couple of weeks ago and the pain meds gave me severe constipation that resulted in fecal impaction. I used an enema to get it out. After that, I had watery diarrhea with a few pieces of solid stool in it for about 12 hours. Now I think I have hemorrhoids and I have a feeling that there is another impaction. I had the last bout of diarrhea yesterday about 10 am. It is now Sunday at 9pm. Please tell me I am not dealing with another impaction because I can't take another one so soon after the first one.

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Opioid used as pain killers are likely to cause constipation in some of the patients. This along with decreased water consumption is important factor in post operative constipation.
Your problem seems to be stool impaction.
I would suggest you to consult your surgeon who would help you with it.
