Tightness In Lower Abdomen, Started To Have Lighter Periods, Nauseous, Extremely Tired. Why Is It ?

Hi, I have a slight problem. A few days ago I woke up with a tightness in my lower abdomen so bad I didn't want to get off the floor (I wasn't able to get comfortable on my bed for hours and opted for the floor then was able to fall asleep) i've been feeling like an odd movement in my lower abdomen almost like cramps for the past few days since then throughout each day. Then I started to have a lighter period flow than normal and initially it was brownish with slime (sorry i know thats gross) my lower back hurts and wont go away no matter how i try to stretch it out. I've been nauseous and extremely tired and just achey like I feel weak but I bike enough I shouldn't feel like this. Problem being i'm not supposed to even be bleeding or anything like this for atleast another week..please help me? -Thank You

Hello
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic. You did not mentioned your age. All the symptoms you experienced may be due to Fibroid uterus. Tiredness is common in Fibroid uterus. Please do Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to confirm your diagnosis. Depends upon the number, position and size of fibroid treatment may vary. There is least possibility of ovarian and Uterine or cervical malignancy. Consult with Gynaecologist for further management.

Take care
