What is your medical history ? Diabetes ?

Hi esmeralda,

Welcome to healthcare magic forum,

Since 2 months numbness may be due to nerve compression or degeneration, may I know wats ur age? do u have diabetes or hypertension? do u hv low back pain?
My suggestion is to go to doctor and get all tests done to find out the actual cause and start the treatment.

Hope I have answered ur question.

Welcome to HCM.
So many advice for you.one from my side.
There may not be equal pressure on your sole ,may be due to your wrong footwear.change your footwear.try to wear without heel, soft footwear.take this chance other than medicine.otherwise consult your family physician for proper diagnosis and management.Best wishes.
