Symptoms Of Heart Pounding, Sweating, Shortness Of Breath, Shapes Floating In Dark Room. Reason?
hello, lately i been waking up in the middle of the night with my heart pounding, sweating and short of breath. i lay there on my back and i can feel a pounding in my back coming through my chest
when i wake up and look around i see these outlines of things,faces and shapes kind of floating around the room. the room is dark, but not pitch dark

The symptoms you are describing are more like due to angina or NSTEMI , meaning that your vessel of your heart get narrowed , and during sleep , your heart vessels contract more and you get sweating , dizziness , fast heart rate with palpitations.
I would like to get echo ecg and ett to check for heart vessel patency , and this will clear our diagnosis
