Hello, my perinuem is swollen and iv tried all rememdys from drinking coconut oil , applying some on it , a paste of neem leaf and drinking it too , what shocks me is that it doesn't hurt to walk or seat , I can't even realise that its there till I touch it or check the mirror but its red and hard with some white at the top its a lot closer to my vaginal opening .

Hi thanks for your question.
The swelling which you are having in you perianal area most probably could be a sentinel pile mass or thrombosed pile mass. The second possibility is of organized boil (infection of hair follicle which has resolved).Third possibility is of a small organized perianal abscess and fourth possibility is that it could be of a external opening of perianal fistula and lastly it could be small lipoma , a sebaceous cyst or a anal wart .
Consult a general surgeon who may be able to examine it t o determine what exactly it is and he/she may prescribe you appropriate treatment.
Hope this answers your question.

Hello
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.Hard red swelling in perineum is most probably a Lymphadenopathy. But it may be a simple infected cyst. because cysts are more common in vaginal region especially Sebaceous cysts. Sebaceous cyst can be removed by simple excision. It is infected sebaceous cyst, you can treat it easily by antibiotics and excision.

Take care
