Suggest Treatment To Cure Posterior Annular Tear Of C7-t1 Disc

hi, i am 31 yrs old, suffering from neck pain radiating to the left upper limb. my MRI indicates- Straightening of cervical spine. Mild scoliosis to left. Tiny marginal osteophytes noted from multiple cervical vertebrae. Multiple cervical intervertebral discs are desiccated. Asymmetric posterior bulge of C5-6 disc indenting the anterior subarachnoid space and the left C6 nerve root. There is posterior annular tear of C7 - T 1 disc with a posterior protrusion indenting the anterior subarachoid space. what r the ways to cure ahead???

Hi,

For pain relief, you can take Pregabalin capsules. Physiotherapy for neck would also help. In severe pain, epidural injection can be given.
