Suggest Treatment For Vomiting And Diarrhoea
My son sat night started vomiting after 10pm and various times through the night, this am he has stopped vomiting but now has had diahrea all day. He does not have much of an appitate and im struggling to get him to drink. How lon before I go to dr? He is 6

give ors at regular intervals it ll make up for the dehydration.for diarrhoea ofloxacin and ornidazole syp can be given.usualy it takes 2-3 days to fully recover. soft diet like barley is recomended.for vomiting ondem syp can b given.
