So immediately consult Cardiologist and get done blood pressure monitoring, ecg, 2d echo and stress test (trade mill test). You may need antihypertensive and other cardiac supportive drugs on the basis of reports. If all these reports are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases. Sometimes musculoskeletal pain can also cause similar symptoms. So take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen. Don t worry, you will be alright with all these.
