Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion In A Child

My baby is 10 months old. He is having stuffy nose and is not able to sleep. Previously, he was having running nose and I gave Timinic Drops. This stopped running nose, but converted into congestion. Could you please suggest what should be given to relief him from congestion. .
