Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion And Sore Throat

I had a tickle in my throat on Thursday. By Friday I had nasal congestion and when I swallow I feel pressure beneath both my ears. I have been taking Mucinex DM, and my nasal congestion has cleared but my ears still feel stopped up. No fever and the drainage in my throat is thinning. Today is Sunday. I haven t had all symptoms at the same time, ears, sore throat and nasal congestion.

In this condition I personally suggest
1. Macrolide antibiotics
2. Anti allergic and antihistamine both local and systemic
3. Valsalva manoeuvre
