Suggest Treatment For Moyamoya Disease
Hello doctor My niece was diagonised having Moyamoya disease when she was 8yrs. now she is 16 years we are very much worried about the effects of disease, by God s grace she is fine right now.. but we like to be sure she will not have sudden strokes or other complications of the disease. We are from Tamil Nadu and looking for treatment to cure this, so that she can have a very normal life like other girls

Anti platelet drug like aspirin given to patient to prevent the clot and reduce the risk of stroke. But definite treatment is bypass surgery by external carotid artery.
