Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. You problem is most likely vulvitis. It can be due to lack of estrogen or infection.Swab should be taken from vagina to rule out any infection. If there is no infection it can be treated with estradiol cream for local application. It is also recommended to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH.Irritating soaps should be avoided. You can use hypoallergic soaps like Cetaphil.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
