Suggest Treatment For Huge Bartholin Abscess

I was released Tuesday from the ER with a huge bartholin abscess. I m over forty, I asked the doctor if he should biopsy, he said no. Then after a shot, incision, and lots of pressure, he got nothing out. Sent me home with pain meds and antibiotic. It s now Saturday, I haven t been eating for four days, I m extremely thirsty, drinking lots of water, and I m weak and tired. Yesterday I finally was able to drain it some, it s still large and a lot came out. I ve now got blood in my urine as well. Fever and chills as well.
