Suggest Treatment For Ear Clogging

i saw an ear specialist about my ear being clogged and ringing after i stupidly stuck a toothpick in my ear. the doctor said i have two blood blisters in my ear but didn t injure the ear drum itself. can the blood blisters be causing the ringing and how long should i expect the blisters to be there. I started amoxicillin two days ago and it hasn t gotten any better.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

If tympanic membrane( ear drum) is intact, nothing much to worry and the symptoms will settle in few days. An otoscopic examination is required to make a diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
