Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Headaches
Hi, I recently went from Cryselle 28 to Junel fe 1/20 and have been spotting with dizzyness, the feeling of fluid in my ears, muscle spasms, anxiety, heightened sense of smell, weird on and off cravings, daily headaches, and shooting pains especially in my abdomen but pretty much everywhere you could think of on my body, even in the back of my scalp, but these spastic pains twitch as well. I have trouble emptying my bladder, as urine dribbles out even when I try to force it. My hair has become darker and I have been drinking lots of water to relieve these headaches but this vertigo is very alarming. Is this just hormones or is something else seriously wrong?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizziness and headache which is caused by inflammation within the inner ear sometimes due to infection , meniere's disease , benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, acoustic neuroma , sinusitis and multiple sclerosis . In some cases the infection spread through eustachian tube and cause ear infection and cause dizziness . I suggest you to consult with ENT specialist for proper checkup so that there will not be any further complication . Doctor may order certain test like CT scan , blood test , audiometry test , rotatory chair test and ECG to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe anti emetic drug , sedatives , antibiotics , decongestants ,drain sinus and some ear aid. For now avoid bending forward , take steam , drink ginger tea thrice a day and do light exercises daily like meditation and yoga .Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist in case of stroke like condition or headache due to high blood pressure .
