Yes, it is wise to consult an ENT surgeon as he will do nasal endoscopy and have clinical evaluation, examination and necessary investigations like Tests of blood and CT scan of sinuses if required. You will be started with an appropriate management with nasal decongestant drops, oral decongestant, anti-inflammatory and antibiotics as needed. Avoid sudden changes of temperature zone from cold to hot and the other way too. Avoid allergens as sneezing is indicative of a possible allergy, identify and avoid.
