Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision

girlfriend hit her head a couple days ago. Today she's complaining of somewhat blurred vision, plus there is a vein visible above her eye. She doesn't feel good, BP might be high although I can't tell if this cheap machine is accurate. 163 over 93. On a normal young man 24 years old in sports this thing is reading 143 over 82

Since there is a history of injury. Get complete eye examination, vision and fundus examination. General examination like hemogram and BP is to be examined. any problem detected should be treated. If condition further deteriorates then MRI. is to be taken
