Hi, my name is Bob and I have a 39 year old female daughter who has CP. She can t talk or walk and is wheelchair bound. This past Wednesday she got up with diarrhea. We cleaned her up and send her to Living Skill center. They advise she had a loose diarrhea in the afternoon. We have kept her home since Wednesday evening. We started her on Loperamide HCI tablets USP, 2mg by giving her 2 tablets. Thursday morning diarrheal again. We follow up with 1 tablet and again later that afternoon with another bout that evening. Friday things slowed down with only 1 movement. At bed time she smelled but just very small amount. Saturady, nothing, except her bottom was very red and we put desitin on her. Today, after her nap, she again had a large lose bowl movement. I have given her another tablet. She is eating very little since Thursday. Two or three bite of food, and 8 oz of milk with Carnation in it. No applesauce Her eating has been the same the last couple of days. Today, she had a bowl of oatmeal and glass of milk. She ate 1/2 of the oatmeal. Her meds are two tablets twice a day of Levetiracetam 750Mg. Anything more we can do?
