Suggest Remedy To Break The Fear Of Sleeping Alone With Mild Sleep Apnea

So I have been single and living alone for over a year, and this has really been the only time I have live completely alone for that length of time. I think I have developed a fear of sleeping alone. I tend to stay up late even though I am tired just so I can fall right asleep. I am overweight and have mild sleep apnea as well so even when I do sleep its not a quality sleep. So I guess my question is how do I break the fear? I have been trying to loss weight with diet and exercise but keep slipping back into old habits. I am guessing its time to see a shrink or councilor.

As per your question... its mild sleep apnoea.
Here i took into consideration that you have undergone sleep study. (as you have graded your apnoea )
If its obstructive sleep apnoea... you may go for CPAP titration. It will solve all your problems
