Suggest Remedies For Loose Motions In Spite Of Being Under Medication

Hello, my daughter is 2.5 months old, and is having loose motions, (some times only water) 5 to 6 times a day, the stool test says mucus++, pus cell 6 to 8 ,blood -nil , flora bacteria -present. the baby is normal and does not have fever, the doctor has suggested lactose free milk, and sachet of glitzer (half sachet two times), but her condition is same.Please suggest

I really appreciate your concern, diarrhea in this age group is self limiting unless it is due to some GI specific pathologies but for other reasons it is self limiting just a care needs to be taken for dehydration, some time it takes little longer time for normal frequency of stool passing so just be patience and no need to worry hope this information helps.
