Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal, MD.

Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query

Your reports are normal to a large extent. Your infectious components are definitely raised, and you have thus been prescribed some antibioic cover. In a patient I was treating, I would not order antibiotics directly. I would investigate further for the cause of infection- chiefly urine routine and culture- and I suggest the same for you.

I would however suggest you take the other medicines.

The pain in the abdomen could possibly be due to a severe gastritis. And I would suggest a brief course of antacids in addition to the medicines you are on.

Sometimes a gynecological problem can also cause pain. I hope that possibility has been ruled out

I would also suggest testing a vitamin D

I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above/if any other so I can be of help further.

I have given you the answer to the maximum considering the information provided. The results of the tests could further enhance my answer to you.

Please do understand that some details could be extracted from a detailed history and examination.

Please feel free to ask another query. I would be glad to help you. Looking forward to your return query with the details asked so that I can help you further.
