What Causes Plaques In Stomach, Enlarged Liver, Abdominal Pain, Auto Immune Disease?

I just had a hydascan for gallbladder disease not sure of results was told have plaques in my stomach have an enlarged liver and autoimmune disease unknown origin also eyes keep fogging and in extreme abdominal pain daily any ideas as the answer I get is I don tknow
