hi dr..i am at 22..and its been 3 days that i have been suffering from tonsil on both side and i have fever too..at present i m taking medicine..i am taking antiboitotic named azith 500..bt its not working properly..plzz can you give me some advise? thank you..

I think you need to change your antibiotic and gargling with Betadine would also help. Consult an ENT doctor for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
