Hello dear Understand your concen Primolut N does not cause abortion. It is used for heavy period, to delayed period and in early miscarriage. Short term use of primolut does not affect the pregnancy too much. But if you want to continue the pregnancy, periodic regular check up by USG should be done to monitor the baby. Yes you can use misoprostol and mifepristone to terminate the pregnancy. But it should be taken under the observation of the health care provider.
