Hello dear Understand your concern You can use abortion pill which is provided by gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week of gestational age by trans vaginal USG scan. It should be used under medical surveillance to prevent complication and successful abortion process. By method, mifepristone 600 should be taken orally after meal, after 48 hour misoprostol 400 ug should be put in the vagina by gynecologist. If more required another 400 ug again should be given after 4 hour. Bleeding more than period with blood clots and tissue will pass after 45-50 minutes of using pill suggests abortion process is started and will complete in 4-5 days.
