Dear Sir/ Madam, your HbA1C seems to be normal. This indicates that your blood sugar has been under control for the past three months.Your PPBS is slightly elevated which could be because of some misses in your diet. You can go for some medications which will reduce the absorption of sugar in your body. There are many drugs available for the same which your Diabetologist will be able to provide you.Your creatinine level differs from lab to lab depending on the method used for analysis. Some methods have an upper limit of 1.5. So you may please verify the methodology used along with the normal levels mentioned in the report. If elevated, avoid high protein diet and repeat creatinine after a month.Hope I have answered your query.Wishing you the very best.
