What Is The Treatment For The Broken Rib And Bruising?

I wrecked a dirt bike about 9 days ago. Acute Care said probably broke rib, big bruise on left side. One week after wreck, went to ER because pain on left side became much worse, they took cat scan, said both kidneys had inflammation, worse on left side, creatinine level high, admitted me. Then, blood in urine. Went home 2 days later after many tests, will follow up with two doctors in few days. 20 year old male. Day after get home, I had hard lump formed on left side, called one doctor, said normal don t worry. Next day, lump shrinks and feels better, then gets bigger feels worse, has done this couple times now. Still normal?

Hi,

You have to contact orthopedic surgeons. You will be given treatment for rib bone joints attached by plaster, at a nearby hospital. Consult a specialist for the same.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. A. Amin, Homeopath
