HI
greetings
I HOPE you are aware of endometriosis. It means the inside layer of uterus called as endometrium is present outside the uterus and it responds to the cyclical changes as inside uterus causing bleeding .As you have menses, there will be bleeding from this endometrium which can be present any where in the abdomen .commonest site is ovary and all around outer side of uterus.
So premenustrualy there will be pain which depends up on the organ involved and the extent.
So you can consult a gynaecologist and get an ultrasound scan to rule out any cysts in ovary which is causing problems for you.
Coming to your reports everything looks normal if done on day 2 or 3 of your cycle.
Hope my answer helps you
regards
