Suggest Exercises For Anterior Wedging In Lower Back
hi! 5months ago i fell & had an injury in my back. i consulted a doc, had an x-ray,in which anterior wedging in my lower back has been found. generally i don't hav any serious prob regarding it, bt at random anytime severe pain occurs & also i face problem in my daily routine activities. So, i wanted to know what precautions i should take??? is there any particular exercise or therapy i should start??? or it'll be serious in future???
Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic. After going through your query I think You are suffering from occasional low backache after anterior wedging .During pain period treatment is rest and analgesics . Diclofenac three times a day after meals is effective. OMEPRAZOLE 20 MG before meals prevent acidity caused by analgesics . No special precaution is required. Simple back excercises are helpful to prevent recurring of pain. It is nothing serious.Sometimes vitamin D deficiency is the cause so get your vitamin D checked .If it is low then vitamin D supplementation(Bon DK 60K weekly with milk) can be taken. I think your query query answered.Welcome to any follow up query
