hi, i am shoaib, i would like to ask u about my diet my age is 21 years old and my present weight is 77kg and my height is 5'6'' and i am doing bodybuilding daily,but i have no idea that how i am taking calories that i can gain maximum mass on my body,so plz suggest me that how much calories i can take daily to recover the lost of energy in gym. thanks
You need to have intake of 1700-1800 calories, but more than calories you require protein as i are gymming. To build muscle mass you require good quality protein. Consult dietician
