Hello and welcome to HCM
In the first place it is important to mention whether you are a male or a female as causes of loss of hair prematurely are different in males and females.
In males the characteristic receding of hair line (baldness on forehead) and baldness on the center of the head is called male pattern baldness as in your case.
The cause for male pattern baldness is hormonal.
You cannot do much about it as it is progressive phenomenon.
The topical medication that can be used is minoxidil which increases the hair growth. But before using it, you should be well informed that there is rebound hair fall once you stop using it.
There are other cosmetic treatments for baldness like hair transplant and hair weaving. You can get details about thiese procedures from dermatologist or a cosmetologist.

Regarding dandruff, it is important to know that dandruff is basically a fungal infection. So, maintain a good scalp hygiene, keep scalp moist, do not allow it to dry, wash your scalp regularly and have lot of proteins in your diet to increase the strength of the hair follicles.
You have mentioned that you are already using an antifungal shampoo.

Thanks and take care
