hi my name is noha ,female .30 years old from libya.i have psychatric proplem since 6 years i whiere very smart c.lever, and high orinted medical student but at the same time i got acute depression and mental disturbance since august 2005 till now ,i had recieved prozac and fluxetine cources several times my symptomes reduced slightly and then come back now iam doctor but i cannot achieve my jop because iam confused,disorinted ,stupid evev i cannot talk properly i cannot think rihgt and fear people and every thingg .note i tried yoga,exercises .medications but but without improvment.please help me,i want your email to contact you.
