Suggest A Remedy For The Swelling In The Cheeks And Temple Of A 2 Month Old

my 2 months old fell from her carriage to the concrete floor. she had a swollen cheeck and temple.. the dr did x-rays and found no breakage but did not take x rays of the neck... I now notice that she is tightly holding her neck and when I try to move it she cries and gets holds her neck tight. any suggestions on how to proceed?

Hi, welcome to HCM.
Since, the child is crying while moving neck, it could be due to muscular injury or could be fracture.
In my opinion, x ray neck ap and lateral view should be done immediately to rule out fracture.
Till then don't try to move the neck and apply local pain reliever gel.
