Hello,

Your pelvic pain could be due to your endometriosis problem.

Kindly mention the site of your endometriosis whether it is in the ovary or another site?

The pain in the kidney area and vomiting can be due to stone as well.

USG abdomen scan and pelvic scan is advisable.

Meanwhile, antiemetic and analgesic can be prescribed. You can wait for one to two days to consult a doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
