Hi sister,
Understand that you are suffering from a common ailment. Leucorrhoea, also known as vaginal discharge is a very common condition that has been experienced by most women of all ages, at some time or the other. This is because of the fact that the female genitals are highly prone to infections because they are moist and covered at most times. Moreover, women do tend to sweat a lot in that area, which increases the chances of infections and inflammation.
Few causes for you and your cousin's age
1) Infections from bacteria, fungi or other parasites. Urinary tract infections
2) Lack of cleanliness or poor hygienic measures
3)The use of sprays, lubricants or jellies
4) Sexually transmitted diseases
5) Following a diet that is low on nutrition
Treatment includes, diet, home and hospital (medical)
diet: A variety of healthy fruits and vegetables, especially bananas, oranges, lemons, black plums, leafy greens, onions, brown rice, yogurt, as well as healthy herbs and spices such as ginger, garlic and coriander.
Home treatment: Apply the pulp of a ripe mango to the vaginal area and leave it on for a while, before rinsing it off with water.
Eat one or even two ripe bananas on a daily basis
Soak some coriander seeds in water overnight and drink the water, on an empty stomach
Consume the lady finger vegetable, preferably in the raw form, or lightly steamed
Clean the vaginal area with freshly squeezed lemon juice and water.
Avoid - eggs, meat, bread, mushrooms, sweets and any other food items that have been fermented.
Hospital management: T. Metrogyl 400 mg 1 tab thrice a day for 5 days, Anti worm like Tab Zentel 200 mg 2 at night as single dose, intra vaginal tabs. are available for married people.
Keep Hygiene, Be healthy, think that it is a common phenomenon and at least reduce its severity.
Before any type treatment, consult a gynecologist to rule out any pathology
Wishing you an early recovery
