Suffering From Insignificant Typhoid, Stomach Pain, Throat Infection. On Ofloaxicin. Am Breastfeeding. Suggestions?

hi doctor, my name is aarti, weight is 70kgs, height is 170cms. last 2 weeks im suffering from insignificant typhoid, little stomach pain was ther, throat infection was there plus i have gastric issues. my doctor gave me Pan 40, ofloaxicin 200mg for 1 week and then for the next week he prescribed phexin 500 and pan 40. Dolo if fever.
i was good till yesterday. today morning i took heavy breakfast and just after having it my head started paining, i was feeling dizziness, as if i will faint. i was not able to move my head . I felt heavy headed. after 10 mins I vomited all the breakfast. but condition was still the same, i called my doctor and he told me take Vertin 8mg and pan 40 morning and evening. and now im feeling ok.
what exactly happened to me? plus im breastfeeding my 5months old daughter.

I understand your concerns. What happened when you took a heavy breakfast was probably related to the amount of food that your system was not used to especially since you are suffering from typhoid. I am glad that you are feeling good now. I also think that you should not repeat the same in the future. Keeping a routine would be a good idea during this recovery period, especially so since your have a new baby and are breastfeeding.
