Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Most likely another 3 or more months...
Blood thinners are routine around and after bypass / risk of recurrent bleeding is high in such a situation / if there is no emergency, one has to wait generally for six months...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
