Sudden Numbness In Calf And Knee, Moved To Arms And Shoulders. Why This Happened?

yesterday I had a sudden onset of numbness starting in calves on the outside then it moved to my knee caps. Within an hour I had numbness on both sides from my toes to my ribcage. Everything above my ribcage and my arms and shoulders are perfectly fine. What is happening? No pain. It just feels like from the rib cage on down is asleep. I can feel heat, cold and pressure and can walk fine.
