Stool Color Changed, Vomiting Black In Color, Constipation, Stomach Tender, Gas. Reason For Symptoms?
i am recovering from what i believe to be a norovirus or some other stomach flu , my stool has changed colour from while vomiting almost black tar like, then day after vomiting hard constipation normal colour now , normal consistency but pale and yellow. my stomach feels tender and i have lots of gas. is this all normal?
