Stomach Problems, Diarrhea, Acid Reflux, White Foam In Stools. Treatment Options?

my son has been haveing stomach issue usually at night when he lays down it has been going on for 2 months he had been to the doctor twice they are currently treating him for acid reflux and yesterday he had diarrhea and it had like white foamy stuff in it along with the regular diarrhea someone would have. (he had not been having diarrhea)

i feel your son has some infective diarrhea which ca be controlled by some antibiotics and probiotics.and regarding the stomach pain olease continue the same as advised by your doctor as it might take some time for it to settle completely.if symptoms does not improve please consult your doctor for USG abdomen scan and endoscopy.
