Stomach Pain, Movement In Stomach. No Nausea Or Vomiting. Help

HI ! I am a 29 year old men having pain in left side of stomach. I feel like there is something rotating during pain and pain is for 1 or 2 second. It generally occurs while i am sitting in chair to knot the laces of my shoes.
For 1 second it generally comes and every time i feel something rotating.
I have shown to my doctor. He examine me by pushing hard in that area. He asked me - r u feeling any kind of pain, vomiting feeling etc. But there was nothing like that.
Pls advice

Hi,
It seems that you are having abdominal colic pain due to some GI infection or gastritis.
Take antispasmodic tablet like Dicyclomie tablet and Omiprazole tablet.
Avoid fried, chillies and junk food.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
