Started Diarrhea With Vomiting. Why Did It Become Watery? Suggest?

my 2 year old son started to have diarreah about 3 months or so months ago along with vomiting . this went on off and on fir about 2 months. then it started to become bright green and watery. i took him in fir tests /bloodwork.everything fine. well about a week or so ago constant diareah and now its back to being green but not watery? any ideas? no other symptoms

Hello,

When intestinal contents are passed out rapidly, there is no enough time to convert normal green colored bile to brown. That's the reason for green stools. So this green color as such is not a worry.
