Spasm Above Belly Button, Turning Into Infrequent Pulsation. How To Overcome This Problem?

I have a strange spasm just above my belly button, perhaps in the diaphragm area or solar plexus. I am a 21 year old male and I started to have these symptoms out of the blue one morning after I woke up. It has been four days now, and the spasm has turned into an infrequent pulsating with a confined pressure in the area I described, what are some possibilities of what it could be?

Most probably it could be a stomach infection due to eating outside most of the times. As you describe the spasms I believe it is some chronic infection like amebiasis or giardiasis.
You should start tablet metronodazole 400mg three times daily and tablet pantocid 40 mg once daily before breakfast
