Sores On Anus, Protruding Outside, Bluish Green In Color. History Of Constipation. Treatment?
I just felt something funny kinda soar like on the anus and felt like it protruded out as my girlfriend says and says it looked a blueish greenish color and was soar to touch. Very worried wanting to possibly know before i go to hospital or doctor. I also take opiates and have a hard time going to bathroom constipated and stool is always hard !?

Hi,
Soreness at anus, something protruding out that is bluish greenish color and constipation with history of opiates noted well.
The opiates are known to cause constipation, constipation in turn can cause piles that is hemorrhoids, fissure in ano or fistula, even ano-rectal prolapse.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Stop opiates.
Take stool softeners and laxatives to have soft and regular stools.
Diet high in fibers nad plenty of oral fluids.
Consult your Doctor for preliminary examination, referral to the General Surgeon or a Proctologist for further evaluation, examination and investigations t know the cause and get treated accordingly.
Surgery if indicated should be done for possible cure.
