Son Have Thyroid, Treated Antibiotics. What Should I Do?

MY son of 12 year got fever since two months on diagnosis of typhoid he was treated with antibiotics and then with saline for 10 days . His typhidot was positive for igm and igg positive both before the treatment. But he still got fever upto average 99.5 F during day time and no fever from 8 pm to 6 am.
what we do he is 33 kg weight and feel not fresh and pain in leg

I advise you to make his temperature chart to know the pattern of fever.

Some times relapse is seen in Typhoid fever, so reappearance of fever may be an indication of relapse.

Consult his pediatrician with the chart and the child for physical examination and if needed with investigations.
