Small Mass In Groin, Painful,muscle Strain, No Discoloration

I have a small mass in my groin area about 2 cm above mthe base of my shaft there is no discoloration but there is painful to touch and to stand up stright it is a dull pain most of the time but fells sharp I would rate the pain a 7 over all. I have ruled out stds and uti as well as allergys and muscle strain it getting harder to even go to sleep I need some ideas so I don t waist time and money going to a doctor that will just send me to another doctor. I fell like I m a 70 year old man and I m only 24 help

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have a tender painful mass about 2 cms above base of the penis .

Most likely this could be Boil (Staphylococcal infection of hair follicle ) or a sebaceous cyst.

This can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified General Surgeon or Urologist.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

If problem persists it needs to be drained or excised under local anaesthesia.
