Hi there. This is probably more a case of hemorrhoids & you need to pay a visit to a local surgeon preferably one who focuses on these issues of 'piles' as they are commonly known. You may try to take an antibiotic like metronidazole 500mg three times /day after meals together with ibuprofen 400mg again in the same way & together, they may reduce symptoms if there is any secondary infection. If no respite in 48-72 hrs, please go visit the surgeon. Good luck. Cheers!
Hi, Harsha,
Thanks for query.
It seems that you might be having Fistula in ano.
Consult surgeon and get it examined physically.
Avoid constipation,
Take more green veggies and more fiber containing food.
Apply antibiotic, analgesic cream on the part.
Ok and bye.
