Hi there,
I would say, just wait for the lab results as that might give a clearer picture to what the problem is. The possibilities could be diabetes, thyroid disorders, iron defeciency anaemia or it could just be post -viral tiredness cause of which she is falling asleep in class. Is she well adjusted to the school? Any problems at school because of which she is psychologically disturbed? I hope your daughter feels better soon :)
