Siblings Having Fever, Sore Back And Arms. What Is It?

My sister are 18 and 19. I m 30. We all live together. Two days ago the 18 year old had sore arms. First her left, then both. Yesterday she started having a fever with it. Today the 19 year old has the same symptoms. And I have a sore back like I strained it lifting, except the pain is much higher. And today the 18 year old just feels ill, but no fever. What could this be?

Thank you for contacting us.
The most common cause would be a viral infection, they can cause malaise, body aches and pains with tiredness . This clearly seems to be contagious as it is spreading amongst you. I do suggest you consult a doctor to determine the exact cause. I trust you all recover soon.
