Hello dear, The symptoms as mentioned in your post suggest that your daughter is having an upper respiratory tract infection. Tylenol being an analgesic- anti pyretic will only control the fever, not the other symptoms. Management includes: 1. Antihistamine preparations like Allegra & Cough expectorant syrup for symptomatic relief. 2. Montelukast preparation at night as a maintenance therapy. 3. A course of antibiotics may be taken to prevent secondary bacterial attack. 4. Maintain adequate hydration & a healthy balance diet. 5. Warm salt water gargle & steam inhalation. 6.
